How it Works (It really is just ten minutes a day!)
You don’t need a lot of time to start living a soul-inspired life —but we do need to make sure you’re moving in the direction you want to go. Far too often I see smart savvy women spinning their wheels and draining their energy trying to do MORE and actually having LESS of what they want – or – creating more of what they don’t want (stress, excess weight, clutter, confusion and lack of clarity).

I’m going to get you in alignment with that woman – the DIAMOND in you – from the moment you begin listening to your first audio.
It’s simple. Listen to one of the audios each day, or one a week – whatever feels comfortable for you. The convenient download process makes it easy to listen on your Ipod, mp3 player or computer. Caveat: Please listen when you can give your undivided attention for the full 10 minutes. I don’t recommend multitasking if you want great results.
Then do the quick Energy Journal exercises in the companion workbook. It takes just a few minutes and will not only reinforce what you’re learning, but will take you deeper into eliminating old habits and beliefs that no longer serve you and help you embrace a new way of taking care of YOU that fits with your lifestyle.
