Jumpstart Your Fitness Program

With spring right around the corner, and New Year’s Resolutions probably falling by the wayside right about now – I’m starting a mid-winter program I’ve used on and off for the past 2 years that jumpstarts me right out of my cold weather workout doldrums and into action. It delivers GREAT results just the way I like them – FAST & EASY.
The program is Bill Phillips’ 12 week Body For Life Fitness (www.bodyforlife.com) Challenge – and when I say fast, I mean it. The 3 times a week cardio takes no more than 21 minutes and the 3x a week weight training takes about 35-45 minutes per session tops.
However, when I say easy – I mean it’s easy to understand and set up – whether you work out at home or at the gym. The workout itself is challenging, but adaptable to ANY fitness level. You will have to push yourself, but the results truly are dramatic. And at just 12 weeks, it’s a short enough time period to keep you focused on the finish line.
I’m a real “bullet point” kind of person. I like things simple, direct, to the point – and with measurable results. I don’t have a lot of time in my life to mess around, and I’ll bet you don’t either. That’s why I love this program. I’m thinking about offering an online coaching 12 week membership version sometime this spring.
